As you book your session online, you’ll be asked to provide a Credit/Debit card to secure your place.
-Individual massages or private yoga sessions will not be charged automatically. You have the option to pay on the day of your session by cash, check, Venmo or the card we have on file. (We do prefer cash or check as it doesn’t incur any fees!)
-Massage packages and Special Events/Workshops will be charged at the time you sign up. Massage packages can be purchased and then scheduled at a later time, your paid sessions are saved under your account and you can schedule when you’re ready.

Some Map apps will direct you to the back of our building. Please use the front entrance located facing Central Avenue. If our front door is locked we are likely in a session with a client and will be with you shortly. If the door is open, feel free to enter and please use soft voices once inside.
The first time you sign up for a massage or private yoga session, you’ll receive an email with a link to a Health Intake Form and a Consent to Treatment. Please fill out these forms to the best of your ability soon after booking your session. Your Health Intake form gives us valuable insights to better prepare for your session and the Consent to Treatment is required for us to actually start your session. If you have changes to your health that are important for us to know such as surgeries, injuries, new prescriptions etc., let us know and we will help you update your information.
We send out appointment reminders four days ahead of your appointment. This is a courtesy to provide you two days to adjust your schedule or to re-schedule your session penalty free. Once you are within 48 hours of your session and you need to reschedule, you are responsible for either 50% of the session price or finding someone to fill the time slot which incurs no cost to you. If you do not show up for your appointment your card on file will be charged the full price of your scheduled session. If you have an emergency situation, please call us at 707-502-2297.
