Therapeutic yoga sessions combine the best of multiple modalities: Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Engaged Yin yoga, Myofascial self massage, pilates, bodyweight exercises and more. Learn postures and stretches that you can practice at home to radically improve your progress. Exercises often start with more foundational concepts and then progress to more challenging variations.
One-on-One private yoga sessions are the perfect place to receive lots of hands on adjustments, assisted stretches, refining cues and level-up your mind-body connection. Sessions last one hour and utilize combinations of blocks, bolsters, myofascial massage balls, straps, and lots of other tools to assist you during a session.
